Todd Hardaway - senior pastor, youth pastor
Pastor Todd is the Senior Pastor and Youth Pastor of RFC. He helped launch RFC by serving as the Youth Pastor and Worship Pastor. His desire is to help people understand the Bible and implement its principles in their everyday life. Having worked with teenagers for more than 15 years, he is passionate about mentoring young people.

Pastor Todd enjoys sports and is an adrenaline junky. He's the first to jump off a cliff while on a church float trip or conquer the World's Highest Bungee Jump on a mission trip. He loves to travel! He's been on four continents and has a goal to visit the other three.

Jean Hildebrand and Shirley McCrane - Rock Kidz teachers
Jean Hildebrand - A mom of two, and having past experience teaching kids in church, Jean brings a wealth of experience to the Rock Kidz department. She has lots of energy and patience, both of which are needed when working with kids.

Shirley McCrane - Having worked with children for many years, and being a mom, Shirley knows some things about kids. She loves to use puppets to bring the Bible to life. She also dresses as a clown when we host kids events.

Karen Hardaway - nursery director
Being a mom of three grown children, and having three grandchildren, Karen has had some experience with babies and toddlers. Karen loves to minister peace and joy to the little ones and make sure they have a great experience at church.
