Pastor Todd graduated from RHEMA Bible Training College. He helped launch Rock Family Church in 2007 and became Pastor in 2008. His desire is for people to experience a higher way of life as they put into practice the truths taught in scripture. Pastor Todd and his wife Kelly have two active boys: Jace and Liam
